HOW TO SHARE PRINTER THROUGH NETWORK


 First make sure that your printer should install correctly on your main computer and then we will share this printer through some steps given below.


Configuration for main computer where printer install and physical attached


Step 1: Click start then select "devices and printers". 





Step 2: Select printer and right click then click to printer properties.







Step 3: Select sharing and then click to check box on "share this printer" then apply and ok.





Configuration for another computer where we want to add printer.



Step 1: Click start then select "devices and printers".




Step 2: Click "add a printer".





Step 3: Select "Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer".




Step 4: Select printer "Hp Color LaserJet CM6030 MFP" and click next.





 Step 5 : Click next.




Step 6: Click next.




Step 7: Click next.


Step 8: Click "print a test page" then finish.
